Earth500 | Rules & TOS

Rule 1: No Mini-Modding.

Essentially, no acting like a moderator when you aren't, if there is an issue with someone in the Discord or in a sub-faction, you take it too mods.

Rule 2: No Racism/Toxicity/Harassment.

Very self explanatory, if you are toxic or are using offensive language against others within the server, you will be punished. Take that shit somewhere else. You are not a "based alpha giga chad" you are annoying.

Rule 3: No Real World Politics.

Politics about the nations community "Ro Nations" is allowed + welcomed. Politics about the real world is not. All real life political discussion is prohibited.

Rule 4: Unsolicited DM's.

If someone has made it clear they do not want too be messaged directly, do not message them directly, simple. Also do not directly dm mod staff or devs, we have #open-a-ticket if you need too contact us.

Rule 5: DM's Are Not Tickets.

On part with rule 4, do not dm devs/mods or any staff member with issues you have, you open a ticket and wait like everyone else. We have our own lives and will try to solve your issue as quick as possible.

Rule 6: No NSFW topics/content.

All and any 18+/NSFW topics and content will be deleted. That is final. This will include stuff like gore/violence/toxicity/harrassment ect.

Rule 7: No Inappropriate Profiles.

We reserve the right to ban users who's profile pictures/usernames/about me's/statuses/banners etc, contain inappropriate material not suitable for viewers 13+, this includes stuff like gore/nudity and any other 18+ content.

Rule 8: No Starting Arguments.

User's attempting to start/initiate arguments are too be punished, this is not a place too argue, debates that get heated are too be broken by staff.

Rule 9: No Begging.

Begging for in-game currency/ranks/votes or anything is not tolerated and you will be punished by staff.

Rule 10: No Excessive Pinging.

Do not spam ping mods or other users.

Rule 11: No Self Advertising.

Advertising content not too do with Earth500 will result in immediate kick, dm advertisements are too result in punishment, we provide channels where users may advertise their faction. All advertisements are too relate too Earth500 or towns/nations/groups/events in Earth500.

Rule 12: English Only.

No language apart from English is allowed, speaking in any foreign language will result in punishment.

Rule 13: Keep It Respectful.

All users are expected too be treated with respect and too treat others with respect.

Rule 14: No Finding Loopholes.

If you think you have found a loophole or a way to circumvent a rule, congrats, you've made it worse for yourself. We do not tolerate smartasses who want too cause trouble. Attempting too circumvent any rule here with loopholes will result in stricter punishment.

Rule 15: No Breaking Discord TOS.

All users are expected too follow Discords Terms of Service. Failure too follow these terms will result in immediate ban from the Earth500 Discord server, and if the violation is serious enough, a ban will also be given on the minecraft server.

Rule 16: No Discipline Dodging.

Attempting to circumvent or by-pass language or any sort of filters will result in a ban.

Rule 17: No Spam.

Spam is not tolerated in any form within the Earth500 Community.

Rule 18: Factions/Servers/Towns/Nations/Groups.

Earth500 welcomes all and any who want too make their own group for Earth500, anything from a town to a nation to a general group etc etc is welcomed and users are free to share their groups servers in the Discord. However, all groups are expected to follow the rules and terms of service of Earth500 and Discord's TOS.

Rule 19: Final Say.

Staff/Moderators hold final say on all punishment/dealings/answers ect.

Rule 20: Bugs/Glitches/Etc.

We strictly prohibit the discussion of anything to do with exploits, bugs and glitches. Discussing or sharing how they are done will result in immediate ban.

Rule 1: No Mini-Modding.

Following on the Discord rule, you are not to act a mod in the server chat when you are not. All issues are to be reported to actual mods so they can properly handle the issue.

Rule 2: No Exploiting.

All exploits/hacks which include using exploit clients, duping, x-ray, kill-aura, anti-hunger, etc.. and exploits that give you an unfair advantage over other users are strictly prohibited and will result in a immediate long-term ban from the server if you are caught using them. If you believe our anti-cheat has made a mistake we do allow appeals.

Rule 3: No Greifing.

Greifing in any form is not allowed. However, in times of war if one group is attacking another, that group may midly grief, for example destroying crops, setting fires and using tnt, things like cobble mountains, water and lava spam and other extreme greifs aren't allowed.

Rule 4: No Offline Raiding.

Looting players chests when they aren't online is not allowed, if you believe you have came across an abandoned site please contact staff to check whether it's able to be looted. The threshold for something to be lootable is one week.

Rule 5: Lag Machines.

Lag machines are banned and creating one will result in a permament ban which won't be appealable.

Rule 6: Chat Abuse.

Abusive language, inappropriate topics or jokes, misleading information or any kind of spam is not tolerated.

Rule 7: Advertisements.

Advertising third-party websites, servers, discords and social medias is not allowed.

Rule 8: Threats.

Threatening to or actively doxing, DDOSing, harrassing or blackmailing others, sharing personal information or sending malicious links is illegal and will get you perma-banned with no way to appeal.

Rule 9: Trading.

Trading in-game items, territory etc for real world money or anything not in minecraft is a bannable offense.

Rule 10: Scamming.

Scamming will just get you perm-banned.

Rule 11: Account Abuse.

Selling, trading, giving away accounts or sharing accounts between players is not allowed.

Rule 12: VPNS.

VPNs are banned on the server.

Rule 13: Game Abuse.

Cross-teaming, team-griefing, encouraging rule-breaking, inappropriate builds or drawings and insiding are all against the rules.

Rule 14: Plugin exploiting.

Exploiting bugs in plugins will get you banned.

Usage of our Resource Pack:

All custom item models, entity models, vehicle models, texutres, images and others made by Earth500 and/or staff of Earth500 are strictly prohibited to be used on other servers. All assets produced by Earth500 are to only be used on Earth500. This includes all custom gun models Earth500 has made and scripted into the QualityArmory plugin. Earth500 does not claim ownership of the QualityArmory plugin nor assets provided by the QualityArmory plugin upfront however, all guns we made, we reserve the rights to request all and any servers using them to take them down.

Earth500 has the right to request any server using our models to take down all usage of our models.

Usage of our site and server:

Earth500 allows public access to all the server and website, we do not allow users to maliciously use these platforms. Earth500 claims no responsibility for any content uploaded to the Wiki, however we will take moderation action to ensure the Wiki and Discord server remain a safe space for everyone. We do not promote illegal activities on our platform.

Rule 1: Snake claiming.

Snake claiming is not allowed. This can be claiming around chunks you intend to claim or claiming across large bodies of water to avoid buying outposts.
